Shipping Policy

At CEHAIR VIETNAM, we strive to provide excellent service, including the secure shipping of your packages. We offer multiple shipping options that include tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.

International Standard Shipping

We have chosen the most affordable shipping rates through Priority Mail International. Orders can take up to 3–7 business days to process after they are received. Delivery times typically range from 15 to 30 business days, depending on your location (no deliveries on Sundays or holidays). However, there is no guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Due to variations in international customs procedures, CEHAIR VIETNAM cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once they have left our warehouse. If you encounter any tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you do not receive your package, you may file a complaint with the carrier.

In some cases, based on the total value of your order, we may choose a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery. If you would like to ensure that your international package is shipped with tracking confirmation to your door, please make a direct request with our customer service team at cehairvietnam@gmail.com.
